Trial, tax, and subscription management
Start with a 30-day trial without entering a card. An account Admin can choose a paid plan in Billing. Stripe Checkout collects applicable tax information and preserves the remaining trial period.
For an existing subscription, use Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal for plan changes or cancellation. Billing shows whether cancellation is scheduled at the end of the period.
After a trial ends without a subscription, inactive billing blocks new project creation, Admin invitations or promotions, public entry submission, and upload preparation. Existing data remains available for normal administration. See billing status and access.
How usage is counted
Submissions and workflow steps count activity within the billing period. Stored records include non-deleted normal entries and Data Table rows; linked metafield entries are excluded. File storage counts non-deleted stored files. The Admin allowance counts members with the Admin role.
Limits and estimated overages
Current plan-limit overages are displayed for visibility. FormWork does not automatically block or invoice these overages. Ultimate also displays the following estimates for usage beyond its included allowances; these are informational and are not automatically charged.
