Design a richer form
Use pages, groups, and repeaters, then add display logic and validation. The complete Field Settings reference is one level deeper when you need every option.
Automate an operational process
Start with Workflow Basics. FormWork can calculate values, branch, create or update records, loop over lists, queue email, generate PDFs, and call extensions. Every execution is visible in Workflow Runs.
Work with shared data
Store products, prices, territories, or lookup records in Data Tables. Use them as dynamic form options or access them through typed references in workflows and templates.
Run internal review
Add admin-only state with Metafields, organise queues with saved views, and retain answer history with Entry Revisions.
Connect other systems
Use a built-in extension such as Stripe, define declarative outbound actions with an API Connector, or manage FormWork resources through the REST API.
Share or embed
Copy a production link or snippet from Sharing & Preview. Developers can observe events, resume entries, and coordinate host actions through the Web Component API.
