FormWork is a hosted form platform created by Simon Cowling and Andrius Bartulis for developers, agencies, and teams running complex form-based processes.

FormWork grew out of Simon Cowling and Andrius Bartulis's experience building web applications where forms carried business rules, captured operational data, and started longer processes. Their [account of why they built FormWork](/blog/why-we-built-formwork) explains the product's origins.

The product focuses on server-side rules, nested repeatable data, explicit form versions, and workflows. Read the [product overview](/product) for the current capabilities and limitations.
